Experience Range: 15+ Years
Core Technical Skills and Knowledge
Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Windows 10 and 11 architectures,
features, and troubleshooting techniques.
Group Policy Objects (GPOs): Proficiency in creating, editing, and managing GPOs for
endpoint configuration. Familiarity with tools used for version control of GPOs.
Active Directory (AD): Strong knowledge of AD structure, user/group management,
and security principles.
Entra ID: Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access
management.
Intune: Expertise in using Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint
configuration.
Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation and
task management.
Networking: Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and
troubleshooting.
Security: Knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, and patch
management.
Process and Methodology Skills
Change Management: Adherence to a change management process to minimize
disruptions and ensure proper documentation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with end-users,
management, and other IT teams.
Documentation: Meticulous documentation of configurations, procedures, and
troubleshooting steps.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and security
